Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and prior industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies at bench or conveyor.
• Uses hand tools and small power tools following detailed instructions.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and work orders to ensure conformity.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and follows SOPs and JSAs.
• Communicates safety concerns and reports issues to supervision.
• Performs other assignments as directed by management.
