This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stay on schedule. You may lift light parts and work in a loud manufacturing environment with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow printed instructions and drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory setting is a plus.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours, including overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions, drawings, and cut sheets to assemble products.
• Use hand tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
• Inspect finished products for quality and fit.
• Perform rework or adjustments as needed to meet specs.
• Move completed products to the next stage of production and support team operations.
