Job Overview

The Assembleris responsible forassembling components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and work instructions. This role supports production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations:
    • Assemble parts, components, and products using hand tools, power tools, and equipment asrequired.
    • Follow assembly instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies during assembly and report quality issues.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support production flow.
  • Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensure assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.
  • Material Handling:
    • Retrieve materials and components from storage or production areas for assembly.
    • Handle and organize parts and subassemblies to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Assist in inventory counts and report material shortages or discrepancies.
  • Safety and Environment:

    Must contribute to a safe, environmentally responsible production environment by promoting best practices and continuous improvement in health, safety, and sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate must have some orall ofthe following Educational/Technical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry materials or components, typically up to 30–50lbssafely and repeatedly.
  • Safety compliance and use of PPEis mandatory at all times.
