Wireless Depot USA in New Jersey is seeking motivated Retail Sales Representatives familiar with the Verizon Wireless order processing system. You will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories and services, using customer service skills and product knowledge to create the best experience and maximize store profitability.

This role offers high commission earning potential and requires weekend/holiday availability, with opportunities to upsell additional products and services while

Formación

• Must have retail sales experience.
• Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to follow work schedules, be punctual and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Consulting with customers to determine their wireless service needs and recommending the appropriate Verizon Wireless products and services.
• Meeting performance and sales goals/metrics on a consistent basis.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize transactions.
• Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling register receipts, including daily cashing-in/cashing-out.
• Arranging and displaying store merchandise and maintaining a presentable-looking store.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated salespeople familiar with the Verizon Wireless order processing system. As a Retail Sales Representative you will sell our extensive line of phones, accessories and services.
