Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC, a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, is seeking energetic Sales Representatives in New Hampshire (Lee) to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will educate customers on wireless products, demonstrate devices, and help customers select the best plans while earning performance-based pay.

This role emphasizes a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement and extensive product training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Some retail customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, pricing plans, promotions, and services.
• Customer outreach.
• Maintain proper store operations.
