Role Overview

This position involves working with stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks, interpret regulations, conduct inspections, develop programs, and collaborate with teams to ensure safety compliance. The role requires strong communication skills, independent work ability, and a proven track record in risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update safety training, programs, and documentation.
• Advise management on compliance, incident reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Support regional health and safety activities and interface with regulators.
• Lead safety initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum four years of relevant EHS or operational experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Preferred: Safety or EHS-related degree, certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH), Six Sigma training, experience in Human and Organizational Performance, strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office work, including at least eight days per month in the office. The position offers a salary range of $78,000 to $150,000 annually, dependent on location and experience.
