Responsibilities

• Handle escalated cases and follow up when additional information is needed
• Accurately document information collected during calls and other communications
• Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and verification information
• Ask appropriate follow-up questions to obtain complete and accurate information
• Review and verify collected information for accuracy and completeness
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards
