Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking a Verification Researcher to help move job applicants forward by verifying their employment and education histories in a non-sales call center environment.

This role offers hybrid work after six months (2 days in Warminster, PA office / 3 days remote) with hours 10am–6pm, Monday through Friday, and pay of $16 per hour. The position emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication while using our proprietary software to transcribe verified information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal software.
• Detail-oriented with strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify education and employment history as well as conduct reference interviews.
• Conduct research via outbound calls, fax, email, internet and online database searches.
• Master the proprietary software to accurately transcribe verified information and notes.
• Meet pre-established production goals.
