Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years experience as a court reporter.
• Employee must provide equipment in which to produce the transcript; the Court does not provide equipment.
• Preferred: Registered Professional Reporter with NCRA.
• Knowledge and ability to provide realtime to Judges.

Responsibilities

• Make stenographic record of proceedings; label exhibits upon request
• Maintain record logbook
• Locate notes or recording; prepare, edit, review, and file transcript
• Interact and communicate with court staff, attorneys, parties, and the public
• Create PDF files of appropriate documents
