Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyzes workload capture systems (PTF, PCE, Event Capture) to determine data sources for MCA.
• Gathers/provides information to/from MCA to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Performs monthly maintenance and audits on MCA data for currency and accuracy.
• Analyzes PAID FTEE to allocate support service costs to appropriate sections.
• Develops VERA reports/databases and translates statistics for management.
• Coordinates with Site Administration and prepares monthly management reports.
