Job summary

RWD Consulting, LLC is seeking a Medical Data Analyst to support the Directorate of Healthcare Operations at ATAMMC, Fort Belvoir, VA. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement across clinical and operational workflows.

Responsibilities include creating dashboards, automating reports with VBA, and using MHS GENESIS and related health data systems. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field such as business, MIS, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in VBA and Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides consultation on multiple projects, studies, and systems analyses associated with health care programs and systems.
• Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to support clinical and business workflow processes and recommends corrective actions.
• Communicates with clinics to diagnose business problems and presents tools and applications as solutions; provides client training.
• Supports department leadership with technical and administrative tasks daily, meeting suspense dates and maintaining quality.
