Qualifications

• Must be able to provide clear directions to staff in emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue security, guest services, and emergency preparedness.
• Direct and escort guests; de-escalate conflicts.
• Monitor access control, doors, and crowd control.
• Lead staff during events and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings.
