Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Sales Manager to aggressively drive revenue in designated market segments and manage end-to-end sales processes. The role emphasizes building client relationships, developing targeted lists, and maintaining databases across convention, tour, corporate, and social segments.

The candidate will collaborate with the Director of Sales to create annual plans, negotiate contracts, and support event planning and post-event activities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years sales experience in the hospitality industry; catering sales/social/wedding markets highly preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to delegate, follow up, and relate to staff and guests/clients in a positive manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively ensure revenue is generated per sales quota and track financials by market segment, month and quarter.
• Assist DOS in creating annual sales plans for each market segment (Conventions, Association, Incentive, Tour & Travel, Social, Local, Corporate).
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and fulfil sales call quotas and tracking protocol.
• Develop and maintain a targeted client list and build client databases across sources.
• Prepare proposals and contracts; manage post-event correspondence and supply requisitions.
• Attend tradeshows and off-site sales efforts; expand market reach locally and nationally.
