Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Production & Technology Manager for the Ryan Center and Boss Ice Arena in Kingston, RI. You will plan, operate, and maintain production, broadcast, and AV systems for NCAA events, concerts, and conferences, ensuring reliable performance and leading new technology initiatives.

The role includes overseeing shows, coordinating with URI Athletics and partners, and managing budgets and staffing for a wide range of venue events. Salary range and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Production, Communications, Information Technology, Audio Engineering, Event Production, Theatre Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of live event production and broadcast operations experience.
• Experience managing production technology, equipment, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute NCAA Division I game presentations and events.
• Coordinate with partners on digital display presentation and sponsorship fulfillment.
• Manage production assets, video/audio testing, and content scheduling for events.
• Oversee Daktronics display systems and related software.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance and inventories for venue tech.
