Legends Global Denver and its DPAC Arts & Venues are seeking a Production Manager to coordinate, organize and manage events at DPAC. You will oversee daily event activities, stagehand payroll, scheduling and venue production maintenance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and five years of management experience, with strong leadership, communication, and cost-control skills. You will work with city partners, promoters, and staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality event operations.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• Five years’ management / supervisory experience required.
• Production/back-of-house operations background preferred.
• Familiarity with union labor environment / CBA implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event outlines and manage back of house payroll and staff scheduling.
• Coordinate event information with venue operations, security, and staff.
• Advance events with promoters and managers; generate labor calls and payroll needs.
• Review contracts to ensure accurate space rental and charges.
• Conduct site visits and communicate facility capabilities, services, labor, costs.
