Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Security and Parking to oversee security across venues and manage on-site parking operations at the Regent Bank Amphitheatre in Broken Arrow, OK. You will lead the security team, design response plans, and ensure safety and exceptional service for guests.

The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and the ability to coordinate with Event Services and Operations during peak events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Security/Criminal Justice/Hospitality.
• 4 years of related work experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Establishes facility policies and supervises security personnel to ensure high security and asset protection.
• Promotes a customer service-centric approach to duties.
• Oversee training and performance of security team across sites.
• Develop and implement Security & Emergency Management Program at each site.
• Coordinate with HR for performance improvements and actions as needed.
• Assist Event Services with site-specific security plans.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals of security staff.
• Manage and optimize parking facilities for smooth operations and traffic flow.
• Develop and implement parking policies, pricing, and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee installation and maintenance of parking equipment (gates, pay systems, signage).
• Coordinate with events/operations for parking needs during peak times.
