Job summary

Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority seeks a Manager of Facility Maintenance to lead maintenance across Bojangles Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium and The Link. You will direct building, electrical, plumbing and HVAC operations, ensure ice quality standards, and supervise a team of technicians while coordinating with event management for optimal readiness.

• Experience in managing departmental budgets and monitoring expenditures is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all building maintenance, event, and system operations for Bojangles Entertainment Complex.
• Supervise and perform maintenance to meet ice quality standards and safety protocols.
• Oversee Facility Maintenance Team and allocate duties based on work orders and projects.
• Review work orders, ensure timely completion, and manage budget for capital projects.
• Provide QA and training suggestions to expand technicians' skills and capabilities.
