Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group in Utah seeks an Office Manager to run HR, payroll, recruiting, procurement, and financial controls for a high-volume venue, leading Admins and coordinating with Home Office HR and team relations.

You’ll ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage onboarding and personnel files, and partner with venue leadership to maintain a well-run, people-first operation that keeps guests safe and engaged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• 1+ year of experience in HR or payroll.
• Experience with hourly recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own HR and Payroll Administration and act as site liaison for Home Office HR.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Administer HR and Payroll systems accurately and on time.
• Process bi-weekly payroll with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding and maintain personnel files.
• Oversee procurement and office supplies within budget.
