Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high‑energy venue and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee department managers across food & beverage, golf services, facilities, and events, while owning day‑to‑day execution and acting in GM's stead when needed.

You will coach leaders, manage staffing and budgets, and forecast sales and expenses. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑unit operations in a high‑volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee venue operations through department managers and teams to deliver best‑in‑class guest experiences.
• Coach and develop direct reports, driving engagement and leadership growth.
• Manage guest experience, brand standards, and community partnerships to enhance venue performance.
