Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue Merchandise Seller to manage on-site merch sales at events in Nashville. You will handle cash, operate the POS, assist fans with pricing and sizing, and maintain the display before, during, and after shows.

The role requires the ability to stand long hours in a lively venue, lift up to 30 lbs, and work up to 12 hours shifts. Previous experience is a plus and reliability is essential.

• Strong communication skills and prior relatable experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and thorough customer service to fans.
• Process purchases using the POS system with accurate cash handling.
• Handle guest credit/debit transactions securely.
• Set up the merchandise stand before events to showcase items.
• Count inventory before and after each show.
• Assist fans with pricing and sizing information.
• Work in a fast-paced, loud, exciting environment.
• Maintain the stand for the duration of the event.
• Support sustainability by participating in the venue's recycling efforts.
