Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an IT Systems & Networking Lead to manage IT systems, networks, and deployments across multiple venues and corporate locations in the US. You will drive IT strategy, implement modern management tools, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support rapid growth.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Okta, RMM, network design, and security. Expect travel up to 20% and occasional after-hours work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365/Google Workspace at enterprise scale.
• Configuring Okta and SSO integrations.
• Experience with Windows/Mac management via RMM tools.
• Designing highly available networks with automatic failover.
• Configure and support Cloud VOIP services.
• Familiarity with VLANs and large Wi-Fi deployments.
• Endpoint security platforms, SIEM, and threat protection.
• ITSM tooling (e.g., JIRA Service Manager).
• Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and execution across all venues and corporate locations.
• Deploy and manage monitoring, MDM, and endpoint security solutions.
• Oversee hardware procurement and lifecycle management.
• Support help desk operations and automate IT processes.
• Travel up to 20% for on-site deployments and validation testing.
