Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and deploy technology across our golf and entertainment venues and corporate offices. The role focuses on IT systems, applications, and networks to elevate guest experiences and support rapid growth.

You will partner with teams to implement scalable IT processes, deploy security measures, and ensure high availability for multi-site operations. Travel to venues nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at an enterprise level.
• Ability to configure Okta and provision SSO integrations.
• Experience managing Windows and Mac computers via RMM tools (Kandji, NinjaOne).
• Designing highly available networks with automatic failover between multiple ISPs.
• Configure and support Cloud VOIP services and handsets.
• VLANS, Wi-Fi configurations, and IP management for venue equipment.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti and other Wi‑Fi platforms for large deployments.
• Knowledge of IT compliance, risk management, and data privacy regulations.
• Experience maintaining hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment).
• Familiarity with endpoint security platforms, SIEM, and threat protection.
• Ability to configure ITSM tools such as JIRA Service Manager.
• Experience negotiating with external vendors or service providers.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT strategy and execution for all PopStroke venues and corporate locations.
• Collaborate with departments to implement processes and systems supporting growth.
• Lead IT initiatives aligning infrastructure with business goals.
• Manage IT tools and services (M365, Google Workspace, Okta, etc.).
• Deploy remote monitoring and management across devices and servers; manage MDM and security.
• Oversee procurement of computers and technical hardware; manage vendor relationships.
• Handle service desk operations, account provisioning, and automation efforts.
• Design and maintain real-time monitoring for critical infrastructure (Meraki, SNMP).
• Support multi-site network design including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless systems.
• Coordinate on-site installations and upgrades; travel to venues as needed.
