Job summary

LA28, the independent organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Games, seeks an Associate, Venue Infrastructure to support planning and coordination of facilities that are functional and accessible.

Reporting to the VNI leadership, you will collaborate across venues, design, and operations, monitor timelines, and help ensure milestones are met while maintaining high standards for sustainability and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with sports and event planning preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; Smartsheet; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal functions and external stakeholders to support Venue Infrastructure development.
• Assist in integrating Venue Infrastructure sub streams and coordinating department activities.
• Work with contractors and suppliers to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Onboard new hires and contractors and manage ongoing support.
