Escapology in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Venue General Manager who will own all venue operations and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll lead a high-energy, customer-centric team across front- and back-of-house, shaping the guest journey from check-in to post-visit feedback.

You’ll manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and performance evaluations, drive operational excellence, monitor metrics, and partner with support teams to maintain top-tier service and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in restaurant or customer-experience led industry.
• Strong background in operations management, staffing, and facilities maintenance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
