Job summary

Level99 Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a 40,000+ sq ft venue with a 100+ team, delivering best-in-class guest experiences and strong financial results.

You'll oversee beverage, entertainment, events, and maintenance, drive daily operations, scheduling, and performance management, and partner with the Support Center to ensure top-tier service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in managing large, service-focused operations.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day venue operations across beverage, entertainment, events and maintenance.
• Lead a 100+ member team with scheduling, coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive sales forecasting, labor plans, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and adherence to quality standards.
