Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in Austin, TX seeks a Venue Event Manager to lead planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of client and internally produced events. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Proven experience in venue management or event operations in sports or entertainment venues.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of Circuit of The Americas-produced events from concept through post-event wrap-up.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing timely updates, solutions, and exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal departments, venue operations, security, catering, production, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless logistics.
• Develop, prepare, and distribute BEOs and other event documentation for alignment across teams.
• Manage event budgets and monitor expenses to maintain high-quality standards.
• Create detailed event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee on-site event operations with leadership and real-time decision-making.
• Conduct post-event evaluations with clients and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for long-term partnerships.
