Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. is seeking Night of Show Ancillary Staff to assist guests and promote venue amenities during events. You will work with the Ancillary Manager to determine which offers to present and how to communicate them to guests.

The role requires strong guest service and communication skills, familiarity with iPhone/iPad devices, and the ability to handle transactions and inventory across shows.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Prior sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Familiar with iPhone and iPad technology.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
• Promote and sell promotions/upsells at events (Stone Ridge Club, The Overlook, Lawn Chairs, etc.).
• Inspect tickets/passes for authenticity.
• Handle credit card transactions per audit guidelines.
• Inventory all items before and after events.
• May fill in with other departments to support staffing during peak times.
• May sell Future Tickets in mobile or stationary locations.
• Other tasks as assigned by Ancillary Manager or venue management.

Job Summary

Jiffy Lube Live is seeking Night of Show Ancillary Staff. This role will be responsible for communicating to guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer. This team will work closely with the Ancillary Manager to determine what offers will be available for each show, and how this will be communicated to our guests.

What this role will do

• Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
• Promote and sell all the various promotions or upsells offered at each event, such as Stone Ridge Club, The Overlook, Lawn Chairs, Clear Bags, etc.
• Examine tickets or passes pre-purchased to determine authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
• Handle credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines.
• Inventory – all physical items must be counted prior to the start of the event and again at the end of the show.
• May fill in temporarily with another department to support staffing levels during peak or break times.
• May be assigned to sell Future Tickets in a mobile or stationary location.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Ancillary Manager or venue management.

What this person will bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Position may require constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+, and occasional sitting in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions.

The expected compensation for this position is: $14.40 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
