Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy, guest-facing venue in the Dallas area. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee all departments, ensure excellent guest experiences, and drive performance across food and beverage, services, and events.

The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability for standards and budgeting, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of venue management experience in hospitality/entertainment.
• At least 2 recent years as AGM/GM in a multi-unit operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department managers and teams to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
• Forecast and manage venue sales and expenses across departments.
• Coach and develop leaders; drive engagement across all venues.
• Cultivate community relations and activate brand events.
