Job summary

Topgolf in Webster, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead venue operations across all functions, including guest experience, food and beverage, golf services, facilities and events. You will own day-to-day execution, hold leaders accountable, and step in as acting GM when needed.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with extended hours during peak seasons. You will coach and develop leaders, drive profitability, and maintain Topgolf’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience, including at least 2 recent years as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a multi-unit operation
• Proven record of leading multi-unit operations in a high-volume environment
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered.

• Develop and Coach Leaders: Invest in growth as leaders and drive team engagement
