Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Venue Access Coordinator for Ryan Field in Evanston, IL. This role manages the loading dock and service-area access during move-in, events, and move-out, and serves as the primary contact for vendors, contractors, deliveries, clients, and staff entering the venue.

You will verify credentials, direct vehicles, keep records, and enforce safety procedures to maintain clear pathways.

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, drivers, and staff.

• Ability to stand, walk, and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loading dock and service-area activity during events.
• Serve as first contact for vendors, contractors, deliveries, clients, and entrants.
• Check-in/check-out process for individuals and vehicles.
• Verify authorization, credentials, and dock passes.
• Maintain records of activity for vendors, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Direct vehicles and pedestrians to loading/unloading areas.
• Ensure only authorized vehicles park in dock areas.
• Maintain clear fire lanes and emergency access routes.
• Report unsafe or anomalous conditions to supervisor.
• Enforce dock access and safety procedures.
• Support event managers and venue operations as needed.
