• Background in government, military, or defense contractor experience preferred.
• Established network within the aerospace and defense community a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A startups for investment opportunities, corporate-partner introductions, and the accelerator program.
• Support the deal team on investment opportunities and build a network of venture capitalists and co-investors.
• Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Aerospace & Defense.
• Work with corporate partners to identify technology trends and business opportunities, and support mentoring.
• Evaluate startup performance, scalability, and technological edge to assess ROI potential.
• Support event production for demo days and mentor sessions as part of the accelerator program.
