Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a startup environment or within private finance.
Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills.
Background in government, military, or defense contractor experience preferred.
Established network within the aerospace and defense community a plus.

Responsibilities

Source Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A startups for investment opportunities, corporate-partner introductions, and the accelerator program.
Support the deal team on investment opportunities and build a network of venture capitalists and co-investors.
Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Aerospace & Defense.
Work with corporate partners to identify technology trends and business opportunities, and support mentoring.
Evaluate startup performance, scalability, and technological edge to assess ROI potential.
Support event production for demo days and mentor sessions as part of the accelerator program.
