The Associate will triage inbound deal flow, identify high-potential companies for weekly pipeline review, and build thesis-driven target lists across priority verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading introductory founder calls, conducting technical and market diligence (market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, expert calls), evaluating technology readiness and scalability constraints, and drafting Investment Committee memo sections covering market, product, and risk analysis.The position also involves portfolio monitoring — tracking KPI dashboards — and supporting LP reporting including quarterly updates and data room management.Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (engineering, physics, computer science, materials science, biotech, or environmental science) or a business degree with strong technical exposure. 1-5 years of relevant experience from venture capital, consulting, investment banking, or deep tech start-ups is required. Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills; proficiency in Excel and modern data/analytics platforms.
