Birg is seeking an operator to lead the venture studio’s execution across the portfolio and scale toward ~10 live ventures by 2027. You will own the machine, run the control center, and hire Venture CEOs to drive launches with accountability for on-time, on-system delivery.

You will coordinate across gates, plan annual to weekly deliverables, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to manage multiple ventures without a large staff. Fully remote in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years operating in startups, venture building, or general management.
• Fractional/portfolio COO experience across multiple products or lines.
• Owned at least one company or product from zero to launch.
• Elite operating discipline with structured cadences and blockers escalation.
• Ability to distinguish signal from noise in founders and ventures.
• AI-native approach using agentic workflows to replace routine work.

Aufgaben

• Own the operating system end to end and enforce stage gates across ventures.
• Drive Venture 001 and 002 from readiness to launch; plan Venture 003.
• Recruit and motivate Venture CEOs or EIRs for the portfolio.
• Run the portfolio cadence: annual → quarterly → monthly → weekly.
• Ensure ventures have digital presence for launch with growth/brand leads.
• Build and improve the AI operating layer for multi-venture oversight.
