Job summary

University of Maryland is seeking a Program Manager to support student and campus programs within our Xperience venture-building framework. You will manage timelines, coordinate events, and maintain day-to-day communications with partner universities and campus stakeholders.

The role requires a related bachelor's or master's degree with several years of program or project coordination, and a hybrid schedule based in College Park, MD with occasional travel for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years coordinating programs, events, or projects.
• Master's degree with 3 years coordinating programs, events, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support student teams through the competition arc: track milestones and submissions.
• Be day-to-day contact for partner-university staff and campus champions.
• Help onboard new partner universities: prepare materials and schedule sessions.
• Keep program operations on schedule: timelines, judging logistics, communications calendars, outcome records.
• Coordinate event logistics for multi-day summits, conferences, and pitch days, including venues and vendors.
