Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Seven (7) years of professional experience in event planning or registration services.
• Other: Additional work experience may substitute for up to four (4) years of education.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the department’s annual signature events and additional fundraising and engagement events.
• Manage event budgets, vendor selection and negotiation, and on-site management.
• Develop marketing collateral, coordinate event follow-up and evaluation, and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse campus community.
