Job summary

SemperVirens VC is seeking a Platform Team member in San Francisco to build and scale the ecosystem that accelerates our portfolio companies’ growth, from advisor networks to flagship events and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end event planning, activate senior practitioner networks, and drive GTM outcomes by aligning portfolio companies with advisors, buyers, and partners at pivotal growth moments. Hybrid role with 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform, partnerships, or ecosystem-facing roles at a VC firm or high-growth startup.
• Strong operational discipline to manage complex events calendars, multiple relationship tracks, and content cadences.
• Established network in the San Francisco startup ecosystem or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.

Responsibilities

• Builds and activates networks of senior practitioners (CTOs, CISOs, AI engineers, domain experts) who can accelerate portfolio company growth.
• Owns end-to-end event planning and execution, from flagship gatherings like AGM to founder dinners and roundtables.
• Drives measurable GTM outcomes by matching portfolio companies with the right advisors, buyers, and partners at critical growth moments.
