SemperVirens VC is seeking a Platform Team member in San Francisco to build and scale the ecosystem that accelerates our portfolio companies’ growth, from advisor networks to flagship events and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end event planning, activate senior practitioner networks, and drive GTM outcomes by aligning portfolio companies with advisors, buyers, and partners at pivotal growth moments. Hybrid role with 3 days in office.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in platform, partnerships, or ecosystem-facing roles at a VC firm or high-growth startup.
• Strong operational discipline to manage complex events calendars, multiple relationship tracks, and content cadences.
• Established network in the San Francisco startup ecosystem or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.

We’re looking for a Platform Team member to build and scale the ecosystem that accelerates our portfolio companies’ growth, from advisor networks to flagship events to strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate:

1. Builds and activates networks of senior practitioners (CTOs, CISOs, AI engineers, domain experts) who can meaningfully accelerate portfolio company growth
2. Owns end-to-end event planning and execution, from flagship gatherings like our AGM to intimate founder dinners and roundtables
3. Drives measurable GTM outcomes by matching portfolio companies with the right advisors, buyers, and partners at critical growth moments
4. Brings 5+ years in platform, partnerships, or ecosystem-facing roles at a VC firm or high-growth startup, with a track record of building programs with measurable outcomes
5. Has strong operational discipline to manage complex events calendars, multiple relationship tracks, and content cadences simultaneously
6. Possesses an established network in the San Francisco startup ecosystem or demonstrated ability to build one quickly

This role is hybrid in San Francisco, with 3 days/week in office.
