Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Partnerships Operations role in San Francisco to deepen relationships with venture capital firms and accelerators. Qualifications

• 3+ years in venture capital operations, startup partnerships, business development, or program management.
• Experience with VC firms, accelerators, or the startup ecosystem.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics to inform priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support senior partner managers in expanding Stripe's relationships within top VC firms and accelerators.
• Own the operational layer of key partnerships, including credits administration, portfolio onboarding, and partner communications.
• Assist with account planning, meeting preparation, briefing documents, and structured follow-ups.
• Collaborate with data science to track portfolio penetration, credits utilization, and conversion metrics.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute team-hosted and co-hosted events (VC dinners, founder roundtables, workshops, hackathons).
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue sourcing, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show, day-of execution, post-event follow-up.
• Build repeatable event playbooks and support production of team publications and the startup leads tool.
