Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a portfolio of strategic accelerator partnerships, including YC, and to educate, attract, and retain startups within Stripe’s ecosystem. You will evangelize Stripe’s product, build trusted partnerships with founders and investors, and drive programs that continuously deliver value to startups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the startup ecosystem or venture investing
• Experience building and managing partnerships in accelerator networks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences
• Ability to drive programs end-to-end with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with founders and investors

Responsibilities

• Oversee YC Combinator and accelerator partnerships
• Ensure founders have a delightful Stripe experience across programs
• Build out and execute key accelerator programs
• Develop new initiatives to add value to the YC ecosystem
• Represent Stripe to startups and investors at events
• Maintain a feedback loop with internal teams to guide product and GTM strategy
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance Stripe initiatives for startups
• Produce weekly/quarterly ecosystem insights and progress updates
