Who you are

You're a hands-on entrepreneurial operator who finds promising digital health opportunities, earns founders' trust, and turns plans into measurable results. You'll help doxy.me Ventures advance external portfolio companies and selected internal ventures from opportunity through execution and growth.

What you’ll do

• Turn selected internal opportunities into focused experiments, launches, and operating plans with clear ownership and milestones.
• Track meaningful customer and business outcomes, surface risks early, and recommend when to accelerate, change direction, or stop.
• Drive opportunities through evaluation, internal decisions, and partnership onboarding within agreed approval boundaries.
• Work alongside portfolio founders on customer validation, go-to-market execution, operating priorities, and growth obstacles, getting hands-on where it will make a meaningful difference.
• Build a focused pipeline of potential investments and partnerships through founder outreach, relationships, referrals, and market research.
• Earn founders' trust and communicate why partnering with doxy.me offers value beyond capital, using approved Ventures positioning.
• Evaluate customer problems, commercial potential, founder execution capability, and strategic fit; coordinate diligence and present recommendations to the appropriate decision-makers.

Your skills and experience

• Evidence of building, launching, or growing a business or product, with clear examples of your own contribution to the results.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills, including the ability to earn founder trust and win partnerships.
• Sound judgment about early-stage opportunities, customer needs, business models, and competing priorities.
• A hands-on approach that combines structured thinking with practical execution rather than stopping at advice or presentations.
• Ability to work across product, sales, marketing, and operations, including influencing people without formal authority.
• Ownership and follow-through in uncertain environments, with honest reporting when results fall short and decisive action to improve them.
• Interest in digital health and willingness to learn healthcare workflows and constraints; relevant experience is valuable.
• Founder or early-stage operating experience is a plus; demonstrated execution matters more than a particular previous title.
