• The Senior Manager of Ventures Operations will work as part of a resourceful, solutions-oriented team to solve Zocdoc’s Ventures business challenges to drive incremental growth
• They work closely with their cross functional leadership team, including Chief Strategy Officer, Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Engineering to drive operational excellence in achieving operational success for our newest products
• They own the planning, definition, coordination and operationalizing of cross functional initiatives
• This role is a key input on strategy and is responsible for translating ideas into operational plans the team can execute against, and helping teams across the organization break down barriers that stand in their way
• Sitting on the core cross-functional team of our Ventures organization
• Partnering on and organize the annual and quarterly strategic planning process
• Ideating, sizing, and prioritizing initiatives across Ventures and other growth levers to enable them to accelerate and scale
• Translating strategic priorities into thoughtful deployment plans that incorporate operational realities and enable rapid execution across teams
• Identifying and clearing obstacles that slow velocity and/or put company objectives at risk
• Serving as the conduit between the Operations organization and non-dedicated cross-functional teams (e.g., Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc)
• Synthesizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, actionable recommendations that can be digested by leaders across the business
• Partnering in driving weekly business reviews, including key metrics and opportunities for improvement, in partnership with other key Ventures leaders
• Challenging the status quo, serving as a voice for growth and new ideas
