Qualifications

• 4-year/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 4 years in lieu of Bachelor's).
• 3+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, preferably within product marketing or management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product management and marketing strategies; primary resource for senior product team members.
• Assist the sales team in completing and reviewing RFPs, DDQs, and related due diligence documents for new business opportunities.
• Help create and review prospect-specific materials for due diligence sessions and pitch meetings.
• Maintain standard product marketing materials, including pitch books, factsheets, and platform decks.
• Update the RFP response database and coordinate across teams to support RFPs and questionnaires.
• Support new products transitioning from development to launch.
• Provide responses for investor inquiries with analysts; escalate complex questions as needed.
• Review analyst work for recurring reporting documents and investor deliverables.
• Contribute to the training and onboarding of team analysts.
• Collaborate on department projects with team members and other departments.
