Responsibilities

• Support venture capital fund formation and ongoing fund operations.
• Maintain and manage fund formation checklists and closing materials.
• Review and process investor subscription documents.
• Coordinate and organize various fund entities.
• Distribute closing documents and prepare closing volumes.
• Assist with federal and state securities filings.
• Support transfers of fund interests and prepare documentation.
• Ensure accurate execution of fund matters.
