The Venture Fund Paralegal will perform duties supporting venture capital fund formation and the ongoing operation of funds. Responsibilities include maintaining fund formation checklists, reviewing and responding to investor subscriptions, organizing general partner, main fund, side fund and management company entities, distributing closing documents to investors; making federal and state securities law filings, and preparing closing volumes.
