Qrata Pvt. Ltd. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Investment Professional – Fund of Funds (Associate/Senior Associate/Principal) to grow with the firm and lead sourcing, underwriting, and relationship-building across GPs and LPs in North America and Asia.

You will evaluate co-investment opportunities, manage funding relationships, and represent the firm at key industry events, strengthening the Silicon Valley ecosystem and the broader venture community.

Qualifications

• 4 years of investing experience within a Fund of Funds, VC firm, family office, or similar institutional platform.
• Deep familiarity with the US and Silicon Valley venture ecosystem and emerging fund manager landscape.
• Proven ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with fund managers and co-investors.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders and LPs.
• High intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and hands-on capability in quantitative evaluation.
• Intent to build a multi-year career path with the firm.
• Cross-border exposure or familiarity with international ecosystems (e.g., India, Southeast Asia).
• Sector familiarity in energy, defense tech, or frontier tech.

Responsibilities

• GP sourcing: Build and manage a pipeline of early-stage venture fund managers through networking and ecosystem integration.
• GP underwriting & due diligence: Conduct end-to-end evaluation of fund managers, analyze IRR/TVPI/DPI, and author investment memos.
• Relationship building: Nurture long-term relationships with GPs, co-investors, and institutional LPs.
• Co-investment analysis: Evaluate late-stage co-investment opportunities, assess company fundamentals and deal terms, present to Investment Committee.
• Ecosystem representation: Represent the firm at venture events, GP meetings, and investor summits.
• Market intelligence: Track trends across early-stage venture, deep tech, energy, defense, and emerging sectors.
