Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level corporate associate with 3-5 years of venture capital experience to join our New York office, advising venture-backed companies and institutional investors across all stages of the company lifecycle.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, advise on formation, governance and securities, represent investors in new investments and follow-on rounds, and manage diligence while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced deal team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital transactions.
• Experience at a nationally recognized venture capital practice preferred.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts and/or New York Bar or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for venture capital financings.
• Advise companies on corporate formation, governance, and securities matters.
• Represent investors in new investments and follow-on rounds.
• Manage diligence and maintain direct client relationships.
