The successful candidate will bring a strong background in corporate and transactional matters, especially with emerging growth companies and venture capital, and will contribute to high-stakes deals.

You will draft documents, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate and transactional matters.
• Experience with emerging growth companies and venture capital.
• Strong drafting skills and sound business judgment.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise on venture and growth financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate NVCA-based and bespoke financing documents.
• Collaborate with M&A, IP, tax, and regulatory teams on complex transactions.
• Represent companies and investors in venture and growth equity transactions.
• Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
