Qualifications

• Experience with venture capital financing (SAFEs, venture debt, NVCA-style raises, secondaries, corporate strategics)
• M&A and securities law compliance awareness
• Experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies and investors
• Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with founders, executives and investors

Responsibilities

• Guide companies through successful financing rounds and complex corporate M&A and commercial transactions.
• Manage portions of transactions independently and coordinate deal teams of associates and subject matter experts.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, formations and compliance throughout transactional life cycles.
• Collaborate with founders, executives and investors to develop and implement strategic objectives.
