The role involves negotiating and drafting leases and related documents, conducting due diligence for real estate transactions, and advising on regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings. Licensed JD required for respective office location.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and draft lease agreements, and other related legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Provide advice and representation for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings.
• Reviewing title and negotiating SNDA and other lender approval instruments.
